1. One of the basic requirements of perfect image reproduction is that the quality of transparent positive film is better, that is, the edges of points should be neat and opaque. Color separators and used inks use the same color code.

2. Place the positive negative of the acrylic display frame on the glass plate and expose it. Place the stretched screen on the positive negative and parallel to the image axis. If moire fringes appear, rotate the screen to the left or right until moire fringes disappear, usually 7. The area easy to form ripple is located at the intersection of the screen direction and the screen. The main color and darker color cause many problems of moire.

3. For four-color printing, aluminum frames with the same size and stability shall be used, and all frames shall be stretched with the same type and model of screen. The use of dyed screen is helpful to eliminate tortoiseshell. The tension of each part of the screen should be uniform, and the tension of the four screens for four-color printing should be consistent.

4. The polished scraper is very important for high-quality printing, and the Shore hardness of the scraper bar is about 70. The scraper should be set at 75 degrees. If the scraper angle is too flat, the printed image may be blurred. If the angle is too steep, the risk of screen printing image deformation will be great.

5. The ink returning knife should not be installed too low. If so, the film will be filled with too much ink, and the printed matter will be easy to blur and get dirty.

6. Using UV ink, the color range of screen adjustment picture should be 5%~80%, and the Shore hardness of scraper should be 75. In order to control the UV ink getting dirty during color overprint, it is recommended to print according to the color sequence of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. When using UV ink, the screen thickness should not exceed 5um.
